Return Policy

If for any reason you are not absolutely happy with your purchase, HeartThrob Lingerie will accept returns and refund the price, not including tax and shipping costs. We provide certain conditions on returns for your health and benefit: Return for Refund You have received a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from HeartThrob Lingerie in advance of returning the item. Simply email and request your RMA number. The RMA number is received by HeartThrob Lingerie with the returned item. We recommend printing the email you will receive with the RMA number and putting it in the box with the item being returned. The returned items are received by HeartThrob Lingerie within 60 days of purchase. The manufactures packaging, if containing panties or an item worn as such, is unopened (for customer and employee hygiene). The returned items are in their original condition and manufacturers packaging. NOTE: Items purchased by personal check are not eligible for refund. Return for Exchange Returns for an Exchange Coupon equal to price of the purchased item, not including tax and shipping costs, can be provided by HeartThrob Lingerie for items returned within 90 days of purchase. All other conditions for Return for Refund apply, except for the time period. Additional costs—price difference, tax and shipping—will be charged to your credit card as necessary for prompt delivery. If the Exchange Coupon value is greater than the price of the subsequently purchased item, the difference, after shipping and tax costs, will be credited to your credit card. For your convenience we can provide an Exchange Coupon on confirmation of an UPS or USPS tracking number for the items being returned. Simply send us the tracking number/carrier info via and we will issue the coupon within 24 hours for immediate use. Coupons are valid for one year from issue date. Other Return Policy Info Your shipment will contain a copy of these policies and procedures. IMPORTANT NOTE: Items purchased at marked down price are final, and are not returnable. Be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing marked down items. Marked down prices are displayed as such with a line through the original price, and the terms "marked down" in the product listing. AGAIN: For the hygiene of both our customers and employees, no panties or items worn as such will be accepted for return. This is for your benefit as well as ours.
